Oatmeal and Blueberries Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 4-5 pitted dates
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 3-5 cubes ice

This smoothie is high in fiber, low in fat and vegan-friendly.

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for about one minute. Add additional milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
