Dark Chocolate and Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3-5 cubes ice

This smoothie is high in healthy fat, vegetarian and vegan-friendly.

This cacao and avocado smoothie is easy to make and tastes absolutely incredible! The cacao will not only add a delicious note your super smoothie, but will also bring numerous health benefits, including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a great source of healthy fats, proteins, potassium, zinc, and magnesium.

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender and blend for about one minute. Add additional milk as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
